Travel Itinerary

Day 01- Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport- transfer to Arusha (50Km 01Hr. journey)

Arrival: Land at Kilimanjaro International Airport where our representative will greet and transfer you to your hotel in arusha.

Welcome Briefing: After checking in, you’ll meet with your safari consultant to discuss the details of your safari itinerary. They will answer any questions you may have and ensure you’re fully prepared for your upcoming adventures.

Relaxation: Enjoy leisure time to recover from your journey at the hotel

Day 02- Trip to Tarangire National Park

Morning: Drive to Tarangire National Park for a full day of exploration.

Activities of the day: Game drives through the park’s unique baobab-dotted landscapes. Spot herds of elephants, wildebeests, zebras, and predators like lions and leopards. he park’s Tarangire River is a vital water source, attracting a variety of animals, including zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, and buffalo. Keep an eye out for big cats such as lions and leopards lurking in the tall grass or resting under the shade of trees. The Park is also a haven for birdwatchers, with over 500 bird species, including ostriches, hornbills, and vibrant lilac-breasted rollers. Enjoy a picnic in the park

Evening: Return to your lodge in karatu for a relaxing evening.

Day 03- Drive to central Serengeti and proceed to game drive

Early morning driving Central Serengeti: Start your adventure with early morning drive from karatu town to Serengeti (about 3-4 hours’ drive). Along the way we will pass through the scenic Ngorongoro crater and upon your arrival to Serengeti, you will enjoy a nice game drive in the southern part of this huge park as we drive to the central part of the park, we will find a nice spot for a nice bush lunch in the middle of the Serengeti.

Activities: Afternoon game drive in the Seronera region, known as the Big Cat Capital of Africa, Look for best sightings and if lucky spot resident big cats such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, and other iconic wildlife.

Evening: Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay after a long day filled with many adventurous moments

Day 04- Full day in Northern Serengeti national park

Early Morning Game Drive: Rise early for an exciting morning game drive and transit to northern Serengeti we will leave early at around 06:00am in the morning and will arrive in the northern Serengeti at 7:30 or 08:00am where you’ll explore the major crossing points of the Mara River and witness the spectacle of the migration. Look for predators such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, and hyenas in action.

Afternoon Game drive: Later in the day, take a mid-afternoon game drive, continuing to explore the northern Serengeti. Stay alert for exciting wildlife sightings and dramatic moments as the migration unfolds.

Evening: After lunch proceed with game drive in the northern Serengeti, enjoy scenic sunset game drives in these beautiful landscapes of northern Serengeti.

Day 05- Northern Serengeti and later transiting to central Serengeti

Morning: Enjoy a final morning game drive in the Northern Serengeti, before starting your journey to the central part of the Serengeti. This drive will offer beautiful scenic views and opportunities to spot wildlife along the way.

Activities: In the afternoon after lunch engage in final game drive in the northern Serengeti and then drive to central Serengeti and proceed with game drive in the Seronera region, known as the Big Cat Capital of Africa, Look for best sightings and if lucky spot resident big cats such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, and other iconic wildlife.

Evening: Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Optional Balloon Safari (Additional $500 per person) Experience the Serengeti from the sky with a hot

air balloon ride at dawn. Float over the golden plains, capturing breathtaking views of the migration below. After your flight, indulge in a champagne breakfast amidst the wildlife

Day 06- Full day Ngorongoro Crater tour

Early Breakfast and Departure: After breakfast, depart for the world-renowned Ngorongoro Crater. The journey will take approximately 3 hours, but along the way, you will visit a traditional Maasai Boma, a community of the Maasai tribe, where you will learn about their fascinating culture.

Ngorongoro Crater Game Drive: Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the most spectacular wildlife destinations on Earth. This UNESCO World Heritage site is home to a wide array of wildlife, including large herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, and elephants. The crater is famous for its high density of predators like lions and hyenas, as well as its rare black rhinos.

Lake Magadi: Visit this shallow alkaline lake, home to flamingos and other water birds, and explore the rich wildlife that thrives here.

Evening After a day of exploration, you will drive to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7- Departure

Morning after breakfast transfer to Kilimanjaro international airport as per the flight schedule
